Tele Sales Executive

We are a British Real Estate Company headquartered in Los Alcazares, Murcia with a marketing and promotional sales office in Dubai, UAE. We offer buyers the opportunity to purchase property in the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida & Costa Almeria, Spain for Investment, Holiday Home of Full Time Living.

Telesales Role

Aim – To qualify and book ‘ready to buy’ or ‘serious’ clients on meet-ups and trips for self-employed sales people

Must work flexible hours – In order to ‘speak’ to as many people as possible, hours worked must include some evenings and weekends. E.G. Two evenings per week until 8 -8.30pm and every other weekend 11am – 6pm with relevant time off.

Tools Given:

  • Laptop with a Client Management System so clients can be managed properly i.e. Diarized for forthcoming calls etc. and monitored by management.
  • Voip Phones – Internet phone to be used in office hours.
  • Mobile phone – To be used for work only – for when a client expects a call outside working hours. One or two clients may need speaking to when you are not in the office. Also, a good tool to use WHATSAPP when you can’t get hold of client.
  • Fact sheets – We produce info on all developments we promote so they can be sent to clients as taster to help book trips/ meet-ups.

Time to Learn – First couple of weeks spent touring areas/ developments and show homes. Plus learn about mortgages and the legal aspects of buying and living in Spain.

Call Targets – All Voip and mobile calls are monitored daily to see amount of calls made. Realistically we expect targets of 100 calls daily depending on amount of people spoken to and length of conversation.

Regular Update Meetings – To update management on forthcoming trips and meet -ups, and discuss clients/ new developments, sales etc.

Basic Plus Commission – A contract with monthly basic less tax, plus percentage of commission from each client booked who buys. This stops telesales booking unrealistic clients and encourages teamwork with sales people.
